Vanderpol Center for Leadership and Pastoral Formation, Inc. is a non-profit, non-stock organisation registered in the Philippines. It is a community of pastoral counsellors, psychotherapists, CPE supervisors, teachers, spiritual care practitioners, clinical chaplains, police/military chaplains, grief counsellors, trauma counsellors and corporate chaplains.
Vanderpol Center is an accredited Learning Center in the Philippines by the Center for Spiritual Care and Pastoral Formation in the US (CSCPF: centerforpastoralformation.org). We offer Clinical Pastoral Education and Formation (CPEF) programs, pastoral counselling, pastoral psychotherapy and corporate chaplaincy services.
With CPE Formation programs, we offer intensive and extended units year round for those who want to pursue pastoral counselling and clinical chaplaincy as a vocation or in order to complete their degree requirements in Pastoral Counselling and related fields.
For pastoral counselling and clinical chaplaincy services, we specialise in providing bedside care, grief and trauma counselling, crisis care, stress debriefing and individual and group therapy.
For corporate chaplaincy, we conduct executive coaching services, leadership development seminars, team building activities and topic-specific workshops.
